We are living in very challenging times. Navigating these complexities can be challenging, and at times overwhelming.
I work with professionals who wish to reclaim their best self and their optimum capability; determined people who are looking for a step-change in their lives.
If this is you, then you have my commitment to sensitively & skillfully helping you identify all blockages and constraints to your true, authentic success; co-creating strategies with you to overcome them; facilitating a fundamental shift in yourself, and your capabilities. I have in excess of 27 years of deep coaching experience, and so I can also commit that we will do this free from the distractions of judgment & ego.
Much of this work I am able to conduct online, increasing my reach to a national and increasingly international audience of clients. My approach in partnering with clients; getting to the heart of the issue(s) very quickly, and so am able to use these remote sessions to your advantage, providing swift, deep, meaningful interventions to support you in getting back on track & excelling within this changing world sooner than you might think; without you even needing to leave your home.
Being your best-self
Life is full of opportunities; never more so than when there is chaos all around us. As your own personal coach, my role is to help you figure out which opportunities to take advantage of, for you to authentically get on and live the life you want, and are best suited to. My focus is to facilitate and co-create step-change with you; enabling you to become the very best version of yourself. I will push you; stretch you, but I will always have your back and will completely support you, at all times.
Living your Dreams
So many people chase their dreams or start each New Year with a set of goals in place, but how quickly these drop to the side as life takes over. When you choose to live a dream, you need a plan or 'route-map' in order to properly and effectively bring it to life. Once we have co-created that plan, I will help you stick to it, ensuring you effectively overcome any obstacles encountered along the way. I am good at what I do, but you need to want the change. It doesn't always come easy (otherwise it would probably have happened by now), but if you are prepared to dig in; take the help and support, I will have your back and get you there. My clients tell me I am robust, resilient, and trustworthy, and that this is what makes the difference from other coaches they have worked with before.

Logistics and pricing
Coaching sessions
These are highly personalised around, your situation, needs, goals, and personal style, and coaching sessions can be either:
- Face to face
- Via a video link (typically Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Facetime calls)
- Telephone
I am very experienced in coaching via video call and telephone. Over the last 5-years, I have noticed that approx. 80% to 85% of my sessions are via remote video links. Some clients prefer a blend of all 3 approaches, and possibly starting with a face-to-face session may be a better way for you to build confidence in coaching as a process.
Pricing structure
I have a sliding price structure, which varies depending on how many hours of sessions you buy at any time. Payment is due in advance of securing any sessions and can be purchased either by:
- Credit or Debit card payment
- Bank transfer
- Cash

We are based within a rural, peaceful coaching facility on the outskirts of Sutton Benger, Chippenham in Wiltshire. It's a wonderful, peaceful space; that allows for safe contemplation for you to start re-imagining and start living the next chapters of your life.
